Bartosz Skaldawski - Director
Graduate of the Institute of Archaeology of the University of Warsaw. Professionally, he specialises in the topics connected with cultural heritage management and dissemination of knowledge of monuments and their values. Author and co-author of books and articles on heritage management and protection. Co-author of the National Protection Programme for Intangible Cultural Heritage. Participated in the work on the assumptions and content of the National Programme for the Protection and Care of Historical Monuments for the years 2014-2017. Since 2001, he has been professionally associated with monument protection and care, first at the Archeological Heritage Protection Centre, and then in the National Centre of Monument Research and Documentation, and in the National Heritage Board of Poland.

Mariusz Czuba -  Deputy Director
DEPARTMENT OF ANALYSIS AND HERITAGE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY
He completed his studies in the art history at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He specialises in issues related to the architecture of the late Middle Ages and wooden sacral constructions. He is an author of dozens of studies, including books, about the art history and broadly understood protection of the cultural heritage. Since 1993 he is professionally associated with the state conservatory service. In the years 1999 – 2000 acted as the Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. For many years he teaches at the East European State Higher School in Przemyśl and the State Higher Vocational School in Sanok. An appraiser of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Since 2008 he acts as a deputy director of the National Centre of Research and Documentation of Monuments (since 1 January 2011 the National Heritage Institute).

Anna Czerwińska-Walczak -  Deputy Director
A graduate of the Department of Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and of the Institute of History of Art at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. Since 2008, she has been involved in the protection of cultural heritage, museology and management in cultural institutions. She was gaining professional experience consecutively at the Department of Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, as the main conservator at the Royal Łazienki Museum in Warsaw, managing the Museum in Nieborów and Arkadia, a branch of the National Museum in Warsaw, and as the curator of the Royal Castle in Warsaw - Museum.

She is the author of research works and publications in the field of modern art and monument protection. She performs the function of an assessor on the part of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage in the field of caring for monuments. In 2013, she received a diploma from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for special merits in the promotion of culture and protection of the Polish cultural heritage.

Beata Szczepanek-Zera - Chief Accountant
A graduate of the Vistula University in Warszawa. Master’s degree she obtained at OLYMPUS Romuald Kudliński Higher School in Warszawa. Postgraduated studies in accounting and corporate finance she completed at the Warsaw School of Economics in Warszawa. She possesses the accountant certificated issued by the Ministry of Finance no. 24345/2008.

For over 17 years she is associated with the accountancy. For about 7 years she worked in accounting departments – including the Agency for Construction and Operation of Motorways/ General Directorate for National of Roads and Motorways, Centre for the Protection of the Archaeological Heritage. Since 2004 she is the chief accountant.
